In Oregon, Peter is currently in the credentialing process with PacificSource and Regence BlueCross BlueShield. Approval is anticipated in Spring 2026.
Until credentialing is finalized—or if you carry a different insurance plan—services will be billed directly to you. Upon request, a detailed “superbill” can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you have questions about coverage or reimbursement, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits.
Self-pay appointments are available. Please contact the office for rates or to request a Good Faith Estimate.
At Ecotone Mental Health, transparency in billing practices is a priority. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services.
For established patients, the Good Faith Estimate is available within the practice portal under the financial policies and consent documents.
New patients may request a Good Faith Estimate at the time of scheduling their initial psychiatric assessment. Upon request, a written estimate of expected charges will be provided prior to the appointment.
