  • Private Self Pay.  Accepted payment methods include cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and major credit cards. A "super bill" is available if seeking reimbursement for out of network benefits.


Good Faith Estimate Notice

At Ecotone Mental Health, transparency in billing practices is a priority. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services.

For established patients, the Good Faith Estimate is available within the practice portal under the financial policies and consent documents.

New patients may request a Good Faith Estimate at the time of scheduling their initial psychiatric assessment. Upon request, a written estimate of expected charges will be provided prior to the appointment.
